Train Different, Train Smart

Oneezekiel Personal Training (OPT) specializes in making you the best you can be. Each program is developed specifically for you with a focus on accomplishing the goals we set together. We specialize in Functional Training. This means, as you get in the best shape of your life, you will also be developing habits that condition your body and lower your risk for injury. Using a variety of exercise modalities, we implement performance enhancement and corrective exercise strategies to create the safest and most successful program for you.

We Train Different, and we Train Smart. We recognize that everyone starts at different levels. Our goal is to get you to your best level. Our clients benefit from the specialized attention and focus to detail that we provide. It's all about communication. We are a team. We do it together.

It comes down to        simple thing,

How bad do you want it?

What we offer:

Complimentary Fitness Orientation:

Whether you are completely new to exercise or a seasoned veteran just looking to find some new motivation and ideas, it is important to determine a baseline for your level so that we can make informed choices when developing your custom program.

Our initial session will be focused on (5) key areas.

         Strength

The strength test is performed in order to determine the overall strength of individual muscles and muscle                         groups. This will provide us with information that exposes potential muscular dominance and/or patterns of                       weakness that should be addressed.

         Flexibility

For our muscles to reach their full strength and aesthetic potential, and to support optimal circulation it is key                     that we maximize the flexion and extension ranges of each muscle. This assessment will help us to recognize                     potential limiting factors and to design programming to improve performance.

         Joint Stability

We expect our muscles, tendons, ligaments, bones, and other soft tissues to work together to produce a                             stable joint. Sometimes, due to previous injury, faulty movement patterns or sometimes, just due the natural                       design of our bodies, we find that we have recurring joint issues. Understanding what may be                                                 the underlying cause of an issue we may have, or discovering how to minimize the likelihood of an issue, is                         infinitely important to our performance.

         Endurance

The endurance test or heart rate test allows us to see your current level of cardiovascular efficiency. We will                       discover the time it takes for you to reach a pre-determined HR as well as the recovery time to your base level.

         Postural Imbalances

Our day to day activities contribute to the majority of the aches and pains that we feel. In most cases this has                     lead to adaptations in our movements, and contributed to faulty muscle recruitment patterns. We will address                   these issues in order to correct and maintain optimal posture.
